The Portland Jazz Orchestra is a non-profit organization based in Portland, Maine. Having been a staple in the New England music scene since 2006, PJO is dedicated to curating the musical artform of jazz through performances, educational outreach and other musical offerings. PJO’s goal is to inspire audiences, educate students, curate the the idiom of big band jazz, and foster the interest of future jazz lovers for generations to come!
